The remaining balance must be paid in cash at the time of pickup—no exceptions. This ensures a smooth and secure transaction for both parties. A: Your puppy will be comfortable around other dogs and people. Potty and crate training are also introduced early on, helping with their schedule and providing a secure space. Our goal is to provide a well-rounded foundation for your puppy to thrive at home.

A: I am available during the hours 9am to 7pm daily. Clients can call and text during these times, and we can schedule calls outside these hours to accommodate schedules. One on-site visit is offered to see operations firsthand. We'll send pictures to update clients on milestones, ensuring transparency and keeping them well-informed.
